Our fees and how you will be charged
We charge between 15% and 25% plus VAT on any money you get back from your bank per case.
You don't pay anything unless you're successful in getting money back.
We don't ask for payment until you get the money back.
Our fee is capped at $10,000 plus VAT for larger cases.

You will be charged 'per case'
We treat each fraud incident as a separate case. If you have been scammed by multiple entities, these will be handled separately.
What is a 'successful' case?
A case is considered successful when we recover funds for you. If we don't recover anything, you don't pay any fees.
When is the fee payable?
Our fees are only payable after you have received your recovered funds. We will send you an invoice which is due within 7 days.

Fee Structure
The refund you receive will depend on how much you lost. Generally, the more you get back, the lower your percentage fee.
• Band 1 (15%): For amounts recovered over $50,000.
• Band 2 (20%): For amounts recovered between $25,000 and $50,000.
• Band 3 (25%): For amounts recovered under $25,000.
